Popping out one last time

To my surprise MrsDB found a poppy bud in the garden yesterday as she was clearing some old daisy plants. Overnight the pod has popped and this lovely red bloom has appeared. It's pouring down here at present and a bit breezy. I doubt if our poppy will survive much longer. Sad.
