Pian del Colombaio

Having been woken up by a huge thunderstorm and torrential rain during the night I went out onto the terrace of our base at Pian del Colmbaio at sunrise to be treated to this wonderful sight.

Following breakfast we had another great day dodging showers and visiting the landscapes and hill towns of the area.
