Kinnoull Hill Tower

Living just below Kinnoull Hill we rather take it for granted. Actually it is a delight. Mrs P and I spent the afternoon walking around the edge and over the top.

This is the postcard view. The tower was built by Lord Grey in 1829, in imitation of a castle on the Rhine. It is scaled down to make the cliff seem higher. I blipped the view from below last year.
