The famous "Killie" pie!

I was at a food tasting today for the 2014 Commonwealth Games which is being held in Glasgow next July/August and these little pies were on offer.

They are sold on the terraces of Kilmarnock Football Club and have been voted the best football pie in the UK for four years I think and amongst the highest in Europe.

I can tell you they were absolutely delicious. A crusty dry base, filled with the best steak in gravy, all topped with a flaky pastry topping - sublime!
