My new torture method!
I've just started running again (expect a few mid run blips!). I had to stop for a long time as my gallbladder problems were making it rather painful. I now have that under control so I restarted the running yesterday. It wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be although I'm not as fit as I used to be. I am starting at week one again although I don't think that I will need all 9 weeks to get back to peak fitness. I also went swimming as well today! I'm on a bit of a mission now! January is VERY close and I need my BMI down as much as possible by the middle of January!
