Lighting bolt?

Another day of party conference protestors, mainly religious bods today, more here).

On a more positive and on this planet note, my mum has the dressings off her pinned broken arm and is getting some use back into it. I can't even begin to say how great the hospital were, operating to fix her arm, it has made so much difference to her. She has been updating me on the bird feeder J9 & I put up outside her window, it has had lots of birds visiting and she is settling into the hospice now.

A real calmness about her that is heart breaking and admirable at the same time.
