Bonkers about Conkers

Issybe Both Sides Now assures me that a conker in each corner of a room will deter spiders so I collected some today. I will hold her to it!

I woke up from a horrible, vivid dream this morning. I had a long lie in to recover and managed to get dressed just before midday...well that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it. I did tear myself away from my book and actually go and do a shop...poor Pelly would have run out of cat food tomorrow if I hadn't.
