Customer Service Warning

I bought a memory card reader from the Kodak Express centre on south clerk street. First time of use, the reader broke and killed the memory card. Despite their obligations under the 1979 sales of goods act, the shop took no responsibility, won't refund the money on the card reader. Offered me a discount on buying another instead. So basically avoid, avoid, avoid. Tell your friends.
