Birthday feast!

Celebrated a friend's birthday at a local Chinese restaurant. Whilst the menu had pictures, it wasn't always obvious what was what and as the staff were all native Chinese speakers with just a little Japanese, communication was a challenge. We struggled to order Peking Duck but with a spread like this (this was just the appetiser!) there was no danger of us starving. Nice food, good company and Baskin Robbins ice cream for desert. Not bad for a Tuesday :))
