Empty car parks are scary aren't they?

Sadly we couldn't go ahead with Alex's last treatment of this block, as his blood results didn't qualify. His platelets needed to be 50 and they were 10! They should bounce back of their own accord - we will try again on Thursday. This is our first delay so it's not too upsetting but I was a bit disappointed. This evening required a last minute trip to the outskirts of Amsterdam to buy some sports clothes for Milo. Today, as part of Kinderboekenweek (children's book week) they are playing sports. He has chosen football. I realised we had no jogging bottoms or anything really for him to wear. The place was deserted, and very spooky!
