Photography course week 3

This is known as panning, following a moving object and getting it to 'stand still' and be in focus with everything else around blurry. I'm not telling how many pictures I took to get this one.

Getting better at depth of field and understanding the effects on photos ( I do understand the DOF concept, but couldn't get the fact that a lot of my pictures didn't change even when I changed the Fstop - so I now realise it's cause when i'm close to the subject the DOF is only little and so all will be blurry irrespective - at least I hope that's the reasoning!).

Next week we're in the greenhouse taking shots of plants and being more hands on. Will have to remember to charge my battery before hand!
