Mmmmm What To Cook?

Hi Tom, I went to fat Club this morning and I lost 2.5lbs. I'm really pleased with that as I wanted to shift a bit more before I go to Dubai. I don't want to have to walk a few marathons before I go ... One is enough! I thought I'd start to cook something from a new book I bought today instead. You know how much I love cooking...not! This book is ideal for me as everything is quick. I like quick. In fact I have already made a nice dip and a really nice soup from it already. I think soup is the way to go for me to lose a bit of extra weight. The one I made tonight I'm hoping will be good for me and help with my cold as everything that went in it was green. I'm hoping it will give me an energy burst. I have been busy making to take my mind off you. Wondering how the X-Ray is going. Keeping my fingers crossed your leg is not fractured. I'm glad your trainer is going with you to the hospital. I bet the system there is a bit quicker than ours here. I didn't do any exercise at all today. I feel fine after yesterday. Even my feet have recovered. I'll be back in the pool tomorrow morning....I must keep to my new routine. X
