First badminton session

Iris went for her first badminton session today. Actually it was Ulfur who wanted to go and I played a bit with him. Shouldn't have really. The wound is not ready for exercise unless its very light...... and in badminton I cant take it easy. This is a back blip..... been in pain for the last two days after playing only for 30 minutes.....well not really even playing just knocking about outchhhh....
