Give It A Dough!!!!

After watching the gorgeous Paul Hollywood baking bread on my telly box on Saturday morning, I thought I would give it a go myself this morning. His book is one of many in my recipe book collection and it tells you all about how to knead with plenty of pics to follow. A recipe book with lots of pics always gets my seal of approval! Anyway, it was very easy to do, particularly enjoyed the kneading, very therapeutic and the result was met with much praise from hubby and the girls. So much so, it has now all gone!! You can't beat warm bread with lashings of Lurpak on!! Delish! I was very proud indeed of my first attempt at making bread and definitely will make some more. Maybe I can give WelshSi a run for his money!!!
Lol! After my bread making accomplishment, and hubby finishing early today, we headed off out for a cycle ride this afternoon. A great 10 miler in and around the local lanes which included a number of steep hills!!! I did have to get off a couple of times on said hills but I hope it won't be long before I won't have to get off at all! Fingers crossed anyway!
