Square and Level

Mrs F and I are still digging the foundation for the new wall. The clay sub soil is rather difficult to dig, just a giant sticky lump. Should provide a solid base though.

Tonight we set out the orange brick line to check the depth of the trench and the green rope to make sure the corner was square and true.

Nearly ready to fill the trench with concrete but it looks like the weather is going to turn before we get it done.
