Cookery Lesson

Another lazy beach and pool day, punctuated by this cookery lesson from a rather nervous but very entertaining sous-chef, Nicholas, and a stroll round a few holes of the resort's championship golf course. We had a very tasty Indian curry later in the evening too.

I adapted Nicholas's Malaysian chicken curry recipe slightly for last Thursday's dinner; not quite as tasty as his, I'm afraid, as I didn't have the same Malaysian curry powder mix.
