Suffolk

G went to see his parents after their holiday, so Mum and I decided to make the most of the beautiful day and went for a day trip. We started in Woodbridge; somewhere I'd never been despite my aunt living just up the road. Mum has often spoken of the brilliant charity shops, and she wasn't wrong. It's a pretty wealthy area, so the chazzers are full of M&S goodies, and we both came away with some bargains. We had an ice cream by the river and watched the boats for a while before heading home via Jimmy's Farm. I had already stroked a beautiful beagle in Woodbridge earlier, and now got to stroke a dopey donkey. The pigs were the highlight, they were running around and snuffling about, although we could only see them from afar. We got back in time for an hours chat and glass of wine with the older lady that Mum looks after over the road before the new Strictly season, which surely means that winter is on it's way.
