Not Today Thank You

I went to give blood after work, but I failed the initial test where they see if your blood sinks in the liquid. I've failed this one before, so thought it would be ok when they did the second more thorough test to check my iron levels, but this time it wasn't meant to be. My iron was really low, and if they'd have taken blood they'd have made me anaemic. I said I didn't mind, but apparently they can't do that! Annoyingly I now have to wait three whole months before I can try again. In the meantime, lots of apricots to try and up my levels. I spent the night round a friend's having a catch up and watching Location Location, which is never a bad thing.
