Lock Ahoy!

We visited my Dad in Worcester today.
This is the river Severn, which runs through the city and here is one of the locks (situated by the Camp pub). The two girls here are my nieces & my son P is explaining how the lock works as the gates opened (hydrauically).
Despite the blurry-ness of my lensbaby here, you should make out the boat entering the lock on the LHS. Look hard enough & you'll see clusters of stars created by the star shaped aperture disc.
We headed back for a roast dinner at my Dad's house and had an ace evening of chatter, drink & laughter.
