She's only been here 5 days but it feels like she has been here forever - I can't even remember being pregnant , well I can but I thought I'd miss my bump more than I do. Today we had a midwife appointment at 10am - we chose to go to her rather than the home visit. I wanted to challenge us to being able to get out the house for a certain time.....I have to say......we kick ass in being organised! I was up and at 'em by 739 after about 6 hours sleep, while S slept in till 845 with Min. I got her up just before nine and fed, changed nappy and dressed her within the hour - check me out!!! We found out that we were told her incorrect weight at the hospital. She was 7lb 15.5oz when she was born not the 7lb 9oz that we had been told - she was weighed in kilos and they got the conversion wrong!!! At the weigh in today she has maintained this weight.....yay to her liking her food like her mamma! Breakfast at F&B was followed by us visiting my step dad's parents, a quick trip to the shop then home for three lots of visitors. Simon is working half a day tomorrow and I have two sets of visitors planned in tomorrow. I want to slow things down, time is flying x
