Rescued

Been a glorious day which I spent gardening. All the tomatoes are now strung up and ripening, also harvested the last of the cucumbers and courgettes.

Rescued this little butterfly from a spiders web so looks a bit worse for wear. After a little rest it managed to fly off.

A second rescue today was of a swift from a neighbours house, he's away for a couple of days and the poor little fella was trapped indoors. Mike blocked the light from the window, opened the letter box and put a stick through. Lo and behold after a short while out he came, sat a while and then flew off.

So two good deeds today.
