wine cellared at the Chateau de Pommard

We saw a flyer for a pop art show at the Chateau: Andy Warhol, Henry Matisse, Picasso..

So we went. The art was superb, but in a small gallery. We did the wine cellar tour and drank their burgundy. They store wine for anyone who buys and wants to keep their wine there. They don't label until they're called for to be picked up. These are covered with "good Mushrooms." I think she meant "mold." We were told that this is the 1st vineyard in France, started in the 11th century and in one family for the past 300 years. It is the largest privately owned vineyard in Burgundy. And also was a favorite of Napoleon.
