I’ve spent most of the day working, needs must with the amount of stuff that I’ve got on the go at the moment. I wouldn’t normally do it but we have an external assessment coming up next week, so the pressure is on.

I went for a run today, body was ok, mind gave up. A couple of more attempts this week and then a decision to make.
