Bon voyager papa
my dad is leaving for Hong Kong for three weeks! We decided to celebrate his birthday before since we'll be stuck here while he's enjoying all the delights of the worlds greatest metropolis. I made lobster with cheese since he managed to get some amazing fresh ones. However, since there are no stockists of Arran old smokey (my go to for this recipe). I thought it still worked quite well and didn't overpower the beautiful lobster meat. But the old smokey is very dearly missed. I'd be forever grateful of anyone knows where to find it in glasgow/Edinburgh. Hope everyone has a lovely bank holiday!
