DDW's September Challenge Day 29 : Worn

What a difference a day makes! Today has been sunshine and blue skies all day. There is a strong wind blowing but it is warm and Sigyn and I had a great walk along the shore. The shore alternates between coarse sand and great sheets of rock. Some of the rock is jagged and angular, in other places it has been worn smooth by the action of the wind and waves. The big lumpy bit in the background is known as the Black Craig, and I imagine that the waves have worn quite a bit off it over the millenia too...
