Casting in Loch of Stenness

I was only down at Stenness because, during a walk earlier today, I realised that I had left my telephoto lens at home. Then, when I got there, it was'nt. Lost it!
I realised that I hadn't unpacked it after last Suday's walk. I checked at the police station, then I headed back to Stenness and looked first in the bird-hide at Barnhouse by Loch of Harray. After five days I didn't expect it to be there.
But it was. Cue relief.

And then the light got interesting as showers approached from the southwest. So I got some photos. In this photo I haven't got the rod...but you can see a wisp of line to the right.

Then I got very wet, but it didn't dampen my mood.
