This is not Phil Jupitus
Today should have been a great shot of Mr Phil Jupitus standing on the steps of the Balmoral Hotel wearing a stylish white hat. Unfortunately having just returned from our 12th trip to Livingston to take Weasley to the vets, it was only after we'd walked past him and the crowds had thickened that I thought "I really should asked him if I could take his picture". Oh well, I enjoyed seeing him anyhow. I used to be a real fan of Never Mind The Buzzcocks back in the day when it was Phil Jupitus, Mark Lamar and Sean Hughes. I still watch it these day but I can't stand Simon Amstell.
Well, we've had our final trip to Livingston. He was taken off the antibiotics on Monday and given a 14 day anti-inflamatory shot. We've to monitor him and if after that wears off he gets worse, they'll refer him to the vet school as they specialise in exotic pets. As they've been through a lot this last few months, we decided they needed a treat. The photo above is of Scuzz trying out their new "snuggly octopus". Personally we think it's more a "snuggly tortoise" especially when they poke their heads out of the front.
In other news:
I passed 10,000 views today. I know compared to some it's not a great achievement but I never thought I'd come this far so thank you to all those of you who've looked at my pictures and read my ramblings.
