Cream to butter

There was some cream left over from last night so this morning I made it into butter! The first photo is rather blurred (as I had the camera on manual focus by mistake)!! but by the time I realised, I couldn't retake it as it was too late..! The second photo shows the curds and whey and the last one the finished product!
I used to watch my Grandmother making butter on the farm when I was a child so I like to make butter with left over cream and it brings back happy memories (and tastes delicious)!
