The Good and The Bad

Such a beautiful day today.

Slept in, wandered around the neighbourhood, went to see a film, evening at home. As part of Doors Open Day we went to see the Ramp House that I blipped last month. What a treat to go inside - I wanted to move in! I took some photos but none did the home justice. If you're in Edinburgh today, I encourage you to go.

The film was Filth, another Edinburgh based film from the Irving Welsh novel. It's rated 18 for good reason. The BBFC notice said 'contains swearing, sex and hard drug use' and that's only the half of it. I enjoyed it but definitely not for everyone...

Having said that, James McAvoy is brilliant.
