Woke up on Saturday morning feeling fairly horrific, I think lack of sleep and too much alcohol has caught up to me! After a rather slow start, managed to drag myself to the supermarket as I said I'd cook dinner for a couple of us that evening. Originally planned to make Thai green curry, but the task of locating coconut milk and lemon grass in a Spanish supermarket was beyond me. So switched to do a chicken and cashew nut stir fry, another Thai recipe. A little experimental as the last time I made it was actually in Thailand, but it all disappeared so I thats got to be a good sign...
