Caught The Gaggle of Hummers Again!

I got eight good hours of sleep last night so that still got me up early enough to get up into the mountains to catch a photo almost as good as the shot I got for my 1000th blip two days ago.

Bigger.

I spent most of the day with ear buds replacing my hearing aids listening to my Kenny Loggins station on Pandora from my little iPad mini.

I have loved his music for over forty years. To me, it never has gotten old. When my friend told me on Thursday morning that she and her husband were going to his concert in Tucson at a one of the city's landmark theatres, I practically jumped through the line with excitement...oohing and aahing and swooning.

She relented and said (knowing I'm flat broke) that she would buy me a ticket! So that evening (the same day as my huge blipday! How awesome was that?) I saw Kenny Loggings live on stage from an orchestra seat.

I couldn't sit still (maybe it was the mania helping me along?) but I was tapping and singing along. I was on my feet, dancing and clapping above my head. I had an incredible time. Three encores.

The last time I saw him was in 1972 when I was in college. It was Loggins and Messina then and I paid $2.00. The ticket Andrea bought me was $95.00. The price of fame.

He's still one of the sexiest men alive. Oooh. Aaaah. Swoon....
