The Trench

A very productive day today in the garden. Mrs F and I have been cutting back concrete and removing the old concrete edge round the patio area in preparation for the new wall. The trench is started for the foundation and our good friend dropped off the mixer ready to make the concrete for it.

We are both completely knackered with aches and pains everywhere and a few blisters from using the SDS drill to break the old concrete. Well hopefully tomorrow all the levels will get sorted out so we know how deep to dig.
