Roman Fort, Corbridge

This afternoon I visited the Corbridge Roman Fort on the outskirts of Corbridge village. It's over 8 years since I was last visited and thought I'd make use of my recently acquired English Heritage membership. This shot shows the Roman remains in the foreground & the village of Corbridge in the distance. It was a gorgeous afternoon, although a little hazy. I hope the sun was shining with you today.
