Joe and his Mum

Joe scored at football this morning in a win for his team and so after running around like a daftie in the hot weather you can imagine how pleased he was when he was dragged along to Aberlady bay at low tide. Still, he got to hold his Mum's hand and have a chat which is always a good thing.

Later there were nachos and melted cheese, calamari and cheesy pasta followed by Ferris Buellers Day Off.

A beautiful day, and as Ferris says "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it."
