Love a warm yet slightly autumnal day - perfect! After a hectic morning of music and ballet we slowed down to take in the wood/tree festival taking place at Sizergh Castle. Always love to marvel at the talents people have at turning wood into objects.

Love the leaf fascinator my friend made for her daughter. Love that as a six year old she would wear it proudly all afternoon.

Love that I came home to a delicious meal and an apple cake - definitely harvest time.

Not sure I will be quite so loving it all when I have to haul myself out to pick my daughter up from an 18th birthday party at 11.30 tonight!
