HANSE HAUS

Once upon a time there was a little bungalow on this site.
A few weeks ago it changed hands and was carefully demolished (to save the garden) to make way for a HANSE HAUS.
The old house was block built (single concrete block, no cavity) so the replacement will be very efficient and well insulated. Should you be bored on a wet Sunday and have a big hammer you could do yours too...pretty expensive hobby though.
The bungalow was purchased for around £500K for basically...a building plot!
The concrete foundation shown is newly built and the scaffolding is erected ready to assemble the kit house. This is already on the island in 4x 40ft trailers which came over direct from the factory in Germany.
It won't take long to build so I will blip to show you how they progress!
