Only just ....

...caught the heron before it flew off.

It was on my morning walk when I realised I wasn't feeling that well. Nothing awful, just like I'm coming down with flu.
So I cancelled my trip to the Trafford centre to meet up with Ali Ruth and Gemma and tucked myself in on the sofa
So I have done nothing today apart from trying to fight this bug before it gets any worse.
