The Bruce

This is Robert The Bruce national hero and the man that gained Scotlands independance in 1314. This statue sits at the supposed site of the battle. Legend has it my ancestors made up a significant part of the Scottish light cavalry on that day, might be a load of nonsense but it's nice to think that we were there standing up for Scotland.
