the magic of disneyland

tonight, i watched the fireworks with good friends of mine in front of the sleeping beauty castle with the help of my friends who saved standing spots for us ahead of time. i never thought that taking pictures like this would be so hard. making sure it was the right setting was the hardest. firework didn't work, neither did night portrait, however, automatic with flash seemed to capture the moment right.

i think that disneyland makes you pay for the scenery and happy atmosphere. it is the happiest place on earth, and being surrounding by things out of the ordinary make us forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

i am slowly beginning to love to take pictures of fireworks, knowing i'd never relive that moment again, that exact moment in time. it's also fun to see what kind of cool effects you can get and how the pictures turn out. some accidents or mistakes sometimes turn out to be the best pictures.
