40 years

postponed by a week due to dad's accident my parents marked their 40 years of marriage with a bit of a get together for family and friends, the house was rammed! lots of dad's neices, nephews and 2 great nieces and 2 great nephews came along and plenty of neighbours and friends from the village, it was really special. we also had a couple of collection boxes for charity and bewteen the hospice and CRUK I think there was £170.

This is a photo from the wedding day in 1973 (I think in original frame to!) and part of my gift to them was 40 cupcakes made by friend Holli who very kindly was able to postpone my order even though it clashed with a big craft fair she was baking for the same weekend.
