Glorious Lecce - too much baroque inside the churches (they're so often much better outside than in), but lovely streets. Statue of poor old St Oronzo, before Nero made him keep an appointment with the lions; swimming in the sea near the Roca Vecchia, in the unfortunately named San Foca (but if they live in Lecce ...)
