Migrating geese

We woke up early to watch the Barnacle Geese. My husband is a bird watcher. We have made several trips within few weeks and always the geese were somewhere else. This morning we chose the perfect spot, we saw over 100 000 geese flying from a lake to the fields just before sunrise. Very cloudy, not any good light. The spectacle was unforgettable! Do you know how it sounds when they all got in air in a heartbeat!
Edit: According to experts, there were about 30-40 000 Geese, so I was exaggerating!
