Dusk

One thing that surprised me about Scotland is how late it goes dark, and it never really seems to get properly dark. This was taken about 11.30pm but has come out much darker than it was in reality.

First thing this morning we headed into Fort William to buy me a super dooper thick winter sleeping bag as I couldn't face another night in the cold. I did need one anyway for our next trip! Then we drove up the coast to Mallaig, stopping off to explore the beaches on the way. So beautiful! On the way home we had a good walk along the edge of Loch Morar and did a bit of a reccy for our next trip, which can't come soon enough for me!
