Sunrise in Nairobi

For all its traffic and humanity, Nairobi still has some magic. Today's sunrise was one of those magical moments. It followed me throughout the quiet city all the way to church.

e are currently going through a 10 week programme called "Man Enough" which looks at the role of the man in today's society. With nearly 90 men coming for the class, we first have a bit of a discussion on the topic for the week and then we break into small groups for more personal discussions. Today we talked about the man as a king, mentor, friend and...something else which has just slipped my mind.
