weather vane

this is on the old building that was Southwick Primary School in the 60s
where both my brothers and I went all those years ago , it's now some sort of business unit
ugh..but I guess it means the building in safe.

It s amazing that I've never noticed the weather vane before now , I suppose because the
village is so familiar that I haven't really seen it with fresh eyes before.

It may be a lion depicted on it so I shall have to find out what it all means the next time back.
