An Evening Meal in the Lakes

It is a while since I have cooked an evening meal in the campa. We usually end up having a pub supper but this evening I fancied a trip into the lakes as we had spent the morning helping in our younger sons garden.
We went to Crummock, no more than 10 miles from home, I went for a little walk up to the stream while hubby went up a mountain, another one conquered in his slow recovery from the ankle replacement.
I returned to the van and made a curry it was simmering nicely when he got back, while we were eating I was keeping my eye on the sun going down and managed this shot looking towards the Lorton Fells.
