Rolling and Tumbling

Lunchtime ride on new tyres. This is the Kippielaw climb from the Hailes Castle road up to Traprain, pretty damned steep and always a good challenge. Really good to get out as ever.

On the way home, coming down the Wester Broomhouse road to Eweford, a jogger was going down the road in front of me. It's another steep little road and I was going a fair speed when he suddenly crossed the road without looking behind. I shouted but too late and we collided. Turned out I knew him. He blamed me, I blamed him, we checked we were both OK and made peace. No harm done but I think we've both learned a lesson.
