Passion fruit

I love passion fruit ice cream.Since travelling in Australia I'm hooked! Circular Quays in Sydney was a favourite haunt to find this delectable dessert.
When we returned home I just had to find out how to make it and now my friends are also hooked.
I found the recipe in a lovely book called "Falling Cloudberries" written by Tessa Kiros .She has a Finnish mother and a Greek-Cypriot father and has lived in South Africa before moving to Italy.As you can imagine it is filled with recipes for all sorts of yummy dishes from all over the world.
Today I am making passionfruit ice cream for Ciara because she loves it too.
