In the river

Salmon fishing, no fish caught today, who knows why? Temperature? Air pressure? Many excuses! Today Tia had her first swim. One of the ghillies here said to just carry her out and gently lower her into the water and her instincts will kick in. Sure enough they did and she swam back to the bank! He did this with his labrador pups at 7 weeks and they swam! Tia was very excited and seemed to love it. I must admit my husband did all this when I wasn't there, probably a good plan as I fuss too much!!
