Tired Out

Once kids were in school/nursery I headed out on the greenway for my long run. Thought I probably should do at least one before my half in a fortnight! It was a beautiful morning and I would almost say I enjoyed it, I was certainly happy with the time I was out for.

Managed to get home and shower, just, before nursery pick up. Hit Sainsburys and treated W and I to lunch. Spent the rest of the afternoon at T's where W loved having the house and "all the toys" to play with.

Carys seems to have had a good day today. Both in bed now, Jim cooking curry I guess I have no excuse to avoid the ironing mountain.
